Gardens will be four private condominiums delivering a total of 192 one and two bedroom apartments with a traditional Mediterranean design. The project is developed by ‘PMC Architecture Studio’, who were responsible for the L'Orangerie project and the successful, (now completed) Jardins Victoria.

Gardens is situated in a quiet area of Vilamoura, near to the Victoria Golf Course and new Anantara Vilamoura Algarve Resort. Vilamoura Gardens focuses on natural space, with the inclusion of large terraces and access to communal swimming pools. Apartments will be constructed on four storeys to provide golf views and or views of the beautiful landscaped gardens. Being only a five-minutes drive to the centre of Vilamoura, the Marina and wonderful beaches, the Gardens project has a total construction area of 26,060 square metres.

The project is expected to start commercialisation in the Summer of 2017.

Uptown will become a new community and village. The mix use project represents a new way of living in the Algarve, characterised by nature, pedestrian walkways, horses, silence and views that combine that are ideal for families.

The residential project of apartments and townhouses, which include units of one, two, three and four bedrooms, is categorised by its natural modern living, and is situated at the north-west entrance to Vilamoura. Uptown is adjacent to the Equestrian Centre and the International School, while providing views over the Environmental Park and Vilamoura’s most famous Victoria Golf Course.

Uptown is connected to the 200-hectare Environmental Park, an area that Vilamoura World will reactivate with a major focus on agriculture, families and education. This Environmental Park will be a major point of connection between the two central zones of Vilamoura, i.e., the Marina and the northern areas.

The project is expected to start commercialisation in the Autumn of 2017.

Central is located in the heart of Vilamoura. The project is within walking distance of downtown Vilamoura, the Marina, and beaches while adjoining the Vilamoura Tennis and Padel Centre. Residents will benefit from natural sunlight from the east or west facing private terraces that provide direct access to the communal swimming pools. The 80 townhouses constructed on two-storeys, will deliver a modern design which includes units of one, two and three bedrooms totalling 12,092 square metres.

The project is expected to start commercialisation in 2018.
