To ensure the quality of our expansion, we are looking to hire a Junior Management Controller (M/F) for the Finance Department.
The candidate must have excellent communication skills and the ability to take initiative and prioritize daily tasks. They should have a strong ability to take control of financial tasks and meet deadlines.
Main responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain data consolidation and validation processes for financial reporting, contributing to the timely and accurate delivery of reports to management
- Control the allocation of expenses to activity segments and between group entities
- Validate compliance with internal control procedures in the financial area
- Support the preparation and monitoring of the annual budget and cash flow forecasts
- Manage and optimize financial databases, ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and security
- Collaborate in the development and optimization of the reporting tool (PowerBI).
- Collaborate in the definition of KPIs and their implementation
- Support the finance department in the preparation and analysis of various studies
Desired profile:
- Degree in Accounting, Economics, or Management
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in similar roles
- Good knowledge of general, analytical, and management accounting
- Excellent command of IT tools (Excel, PowerBI) – Mandatory
- Interest and knowledge in the area of artificial intelligence applied to financial management
- Good adaptability, proactivity, and problem-solving skills
- Organisational skills, teamwork and autonomy, rigour, and sense of responsibility
- Good level of spoken and written English – Mandatory
