Job Description
– Attending to and supporting customers while respecting the company’s image and procedures
– Carrying out check-in and check-out procedures (invoicing for services, general information, etc.)
– Ensuring the appropriate allocation of berths
– Managing access cards, ensuring compliance with current regulations
– Promoting the services of the Marina and the Vilamoura World Group to clients and potential clients
– Tasks related to the smooth running of the Marina
Candidate Profile
– Training required 12th year of education
– Professional training as a receptionist or equivalent
– Minimum 2 years’ professional experience
– Technical skills:
   – Proficiency in written and spoken Portuguese (level C1)
   – Written and spoken English (B1) and French or German (B1) (European Union, 2004-2013)
   – Proficiency in basic IT tools (Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, email and internet)
   – Basic accounting knowledge
– Behavioural skills:
   – Discipline, sense of ethics, responsibility and autonomy
   – Strong communication and relationship skills
   – Excellent planning, organisational and proactive skills
